Well,  I hope everyone (here in the US) enjoyed their Memorial day. (everybody outside the US, happy......well, Monday) I'll skip the lectures about honoring fallen soldiers,'cause pretty much everybody does that. I'm gonna focus on the other meaning... the start of summer. Yep, it's time again for all those things that make summer awesome.

A pregnant woman is one of the most vulnerable human beings imaginable. In the later stages of pregnancy, even walking is difficult, let alone running. That's one of the reasons we ,as human beings pair off when we reproduce, and are supposed to stay together through pregnancy.

Now, I don't remember if I have shared my opinions about the type of male that hits women. I won't say the word "man" in connection with them. I personally think they forfeit the right to that appellation the minute they lay hands on a woman.That goes double for a expectant mother. Not only are you endangering her, but also her unborn child.

So it's a man's job to protect his woman and unborn child  in this vulnerable time,right? Not if you ask Quyen Van Tran apparently.

It's a question many guys have asked. Usually after getting a dirty look,told off or even slapped by the chick in the low cut top. Why is she offended by getting a little attention when she obviously chose her outfit to get noticed? answer: she's not. Trouble is, we rarely pay just a LITTLE attention.

the weed debate

So I was reading an argument on tumbler today ( yeah I know)  about pot. It started the way they usually do....someone made a disparaging comment about weed, and some pothead got his panties in a bunch. it started with how fucking annoying potheads are...and you are... It came down, as it usually does, to is marijuana addictive...

Question for the LBGT community:
how are you not outraged? Seriously, I don't get it.

 I have long considered myself a straight advocate. I agree with Dr. King's statement "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere", and I'm proud that my state's lawmakers have finally pulled their collective heads out of their asses and voted to legalize gay marriage in NY.

But you're not really buying this are you?
