the weed debate

So I was reading an argument on tumbler today ( yeah I know)  about pot. It started the way they usually do....someone made a disparaging comment about weed, and some pothead got his panties in a bunch. it started with how fucking annoying potheads are...and you are... It came down, as it usually does, to is marijuana addictive...
This question always seems to come up. The Baked Ones insist that it's not. This particular fuckstick even compared it to caffeine.So let's examine this, shall we?
Is weed physically addictive? I don't know, and it doesn't matter. Gambling has no chemicals in it at all, so obviously no physical addiction, but gambling addiction is still a problem right? Be honest potheads... you have trouble doing anything without getting high first. Many of you can't even come up with  fucking screen name without making some reference to it. I'm willing to bet you've even blown things off just to do it. It's all you talk about, it's all you think about and if someone tried to take your shit away, you'd FLIP...therefore you are addicted.
Let's get one thing straight right now. To be blunt (pun very much intended) I don't personally care if you get high. I even think it should be legal. My problem with you people is this... I DON'T CARE IF YOU GET HIGH. To put this in perspective, consider this : I am a drunk. I don't consider myself an alcoholic, because alcoholics are Self-hating drunks and I'm quite content with it.
 The thing is, very few people know I'm a drunk. Pretty much just my fiancee, my best friends and the bartenders down at my local (who put my beer on the bar as soon as I walk in the door... Blessed art they amongst barmen, and blessed is the fruit of their taps Yuengling). Not because I'm ashamed of it, but because I am capable of talking about OTHER things. Get the point I'm trying to make here?
   In conclusion, smoke all you want. Smoke until your eyes bleed if you have a mind to. But please please please please shut the fuck up about it. And while you're at it, take a bath you damn dirty hippies
